I don't think there's been a thread on this recently... Can anyone recommend some coffeeshops in Haarlem currently in business? I'll hopefully be there for a few days next month - fancied a change from Amsterdam. Also wondered if anyone knew of any weed-friendly bars there (Out of the Blues was mentioned in another thread from a couple of months ago). Thanks!
