The 360 has 1080p streaming but no 3D, then again seeing that 3D is going to change dramatically over the next 2 years I personally think it isn't worth investing any money in the tv as yet.

I dont know and couldn't say but Toshiba (I think) are working on 3D tv's that dont need the glasses which and as long as the price stays competitive could quite well make the current crop obsolete.

Another thing (I dont know this, just a guesstimate) that the 360 could stream movies in 3D soon enough, there hasn't been any word of a sucessor so something makes me think MS have an ace up their sleeve.

without glasses will definatly make the current 1's obsolete instantly, as long as they work normally for non 3d format, also, do you know if 3d format will be available on standard dvd or only blu ray? if its only blu ray that'l explain why ms are going down the stream route
