Sounds perfect for a crispy cold November evening. I will have to dig out my slow cooker and give it a try. :)

^ Im a BBQ king ... Worked on a grill fo 13 years cooking chicken ;) and also porch ribs ... I've got a few trick on how too make the best chicken eveeeeer!

Try this ... Tard sauce

Brun sugar
Honey
My cock sauce ( Chinese hot sauce)
Soya sauce
A bit of instan coffe ;)
Plus my secret ingredients
Z
All the sugars will hind the hot stuff ;)

I like to boil my chicken abit ...no more then 8 minute in boiling water then BBQ

These are brilliant, could never eat or find a Balti out of the UK (never been to India  ), such a pity...cannot beat a steaming shrimp Balti dip IMO.

Homemade veggie Pizzas yesterday.
Fresh Rucola on top...Certo!!

Balti originates from the capital of Pakistani Britain, Birmingham, so doubt you will find it in India but I have not been there either so cannot confirm that. 8)

Pasta tonight, my next challenge is to make my own pasta as I hate buying fresh Pasta from supermarket and can't stomach that dry packet crap. 8)
