dang.. Actually in all fairness to boner, he told me the first time we met that he was thinking about leaving the forum. Thats when I had said (dont know if you remember this boner) but I said you have too many posts, you have to stay till you at least hit 10,000 and you replied with that you had actually thought about that. He has actually mentioned it in other posts (dont ask me to find it), that he would be leaving at 10,000, so I agree its not drama, just him saying bye to ACD. I have to say Im still not happy about it. LOL. Love ya boner. See you on the otherside and IM not talking about channels. By the way Boner, I will finish Mr Nice today. I like many others will miss your posts and helpful advice "Boner".
Fairness and not ducking out of the difficult issues that arise are essential parts of what being a moderator is about in helping to make a forum that's open to all and successful for all its members however they want to use it.
I hope you decide at a later date to post again, perhaps without the added 'baggage' of the monitor tag, which i'm sure must have been a drag at times.
But I'm sure you'll enjoy your time off either way.
I'll certainly miss your sense of humour!!
