Edit: Just noticed Nol wrote that about Regine on Channels, strange seeing that they've been closed for ages.
I was surprised as well, Boner. Theehuis is open although there was a minor on the premises also. The story is she was pushed into the coffeeshop during the raid, maybe that's what got them out of staying closed?
...you can imagine her parents saying ..'and someone thrust a marijuana cigarette in her mouth at exactly the same moment that she was thrust into the open doorway by the panicking crowd, straight up your honour, and she didnt inhale one bit, no, that smoke you saw was coming from that evil pusher man with one eye and a hook hand...'

Okay templeball fess up; you wrote the speech for Bill Clinton, didn't you? ;-)

Visited Birdy on my last trip - somehow I managed to miss it on the previous few.

This is a very nice shop, with very good smokes.
Got some Knetter, no idea what genetics it is, but it
fairly comprehensively messed me up.

Also got Tempel Polm which was some excellent hash.

They do deals too - stuff is in 10E deals, but if you buy 3,
then you get 5E reduction. Sweet.

Nice seating area and budtender, good coffee.
Probably the best equipped shop in Haarlem (imo).

Anyone know if Birdy is stocked up on hash for HTCC tourist influx? Seems like I've heard nothing but good reviews for this CS!

Was in Birdy's on my last Trip in August, too cause i heard much good, anyway of all haarlem coffeeshops..

Birdy's was very comfartable, very good weed and service - bought some Shoreline (hell it was great and nowhere to be find in the dam at that time) bought also some nice Green Krack was also good, bought the 5g deal on it, some Super Skunk and some thing what i didn't remember anymore but was also great, chilled on the seats with my girl and had a great smoke.. :D

Birdy's always good!
Very much a locals coffeeshop with more or less a static menu bar one or two strains that seem to change.

If you're after hash wander down to Willie Wortel's Hashish CS; i can't remember exactly where it is but it's south of the train station on the canal more or less opposite the ancient windmill.
Amazing hash in there last time i was in 'dam (Nov '10).

Going back on Monday so i'll try and get some menu shots for y'all!

Most people going to the Cup never get past the Dam let alone to another town.

Peace

Can anyone comment on the actual effects of the jelly hash here? I'm very intrigued :) Planning to get some when I'm over in a few weeks.

Does it have a more sativa or indica effect?

Will do my best lads.
I'll be out my mind; as i'm sure you can imagine! But i shall endeavor to complete this mission.

e2a: We'll be hitting Haarlem on Tuesday the 15th of Nov. If anyone fancys coming with us just throw me a PM. :)

e2aa: I had the jelly from here a while ago; was incredibly strong but very middle of the road with regards to sativa/indica. I just remember it absolutely mind fucking me, basically. Worth the money IMO.
I've always found the weed in Haarlem to be mostly better than Amsterdam and the jelly is no exception.

The jelly is the strongest hash I've smoked in my life (if you except concentrates), actually turned my legs into jelly
