A place where alcohol is not served but people can consume their herbs freely. Perhaps food as well. Would be nice to have a place WITHOUT sky sports that plays nice stoner friendly music.
That would be a tight niche market but it would be great if there was one like it.

That's a sad video - you can really see how much this has affected the owner, I feel very sorry for him after all that hard work to set up the business and operations there.

Tragic! I remember getting some of their famous cheese 5 or 6 years ago and even though I double ziplocked it everyone on the tram back to my hotel could smell it. It was enough to knock you out! And their black-light washroom showed me that piss glows. Been back a few times but the cheese was never as fresh or stinky

Last video and a slight menu shot from HGF.

I am deeply sad that this coffeeshop closed.

Seeing Jaap so upset in that video broke my heart man, I bet his wife Carla is also very upset about this.
Its such a shame that its 160 metres away from a school thus breaking the 250 metre law. I hope Jaap and Carla set up a new coffeeshop.
The list of closures is quite big :(

This is a bummer to see. I hung out here a couple of times last trip, very comfy place. Loved the vibe and atmosphere, very relaxing. The world music type stuff was a refreshing change from urban pop and hip hop blaring over a sound system. If I lived in Amsterdam this would be, or would have been, one of my regular hangouts.
I come in peace. Take me to your pizza!

Always had a great time here. Loved the laid back scene here. I'll miss this one for sure.
