Pipes/Bongs on planes?
I'm leaving The Netherlands in June, and my friend wants me to bring her a Piece/Pipe for her to use, I'm going back to CA, so is it legal for me to bring a clean, unused Piece back?
And if so, would it be better for me to put it in luggage, or a carry on, or if anything mailing it?

Re: Pipes/Bongs on planes?
Not sure if it's legal, but I returned home with an unused metal pipe. It was broken down with the pieces nowhere near each other. A bunch of scattered parts.

It is illegal to have a bong in the USA, you will be searched and questioned at the very least oh and piece will be taken. Mail your friend a pipe from amsterdam, much safer.

Can you bring a unused grinder and pre rolled cones on the plane going to Amsterdam? Will TSA think it's paraphernalia and bust you???

No problems there, just throw it in your checked luggage.devilswin99 wrote:Can you bring a unused grinder and pre rolled cones on the plane going to Amsterdam? Will TSA think it's paraphernalia and bust you???
You shouldn't have any problems, checked luggage is always best.blessmyfall wrote:...so is it legal for me to bring a clean, unused Piece back?

Hmm, another TIMELESS classic, been asked hundreds of times...
Sure, pack a used pipe/bong, and ensure there's some bud, hash, and a little BHO in the bowl, and then pack it in your carry on.
Don't worry about security, they are all cool and understand. Even when entering the US, don't worry about Customs, they don't care either.
Also, don't worry whether or not the State in which you land allows drug paraphernalia, they understand as well.
Good luck and happy flying.

Sorry bro, but even in cali, Just ask Tommy Chong and his son what happened to them in their Cali glass bong factory, just cause they don't always actively prosecute doesn't mean it's not federaly illegal.blessmyfall wrote:Not in CA bro, it is medical paraphernalia ahahaBigDanHaze wrote:It is illegal to have a bong in the USA, you will be searched and questioned at the very least oh and piece will be taken. If yer flying straight into Cali.. take it.. it will be cool. 100%
I flew into Chicago with an Oil dome, a couple of dishes, couple dabbers, some glass nails, all in my laptop bag, bubblewrapped.
Its only clean glass after all.

Based on the knowledge that Cali is pretty much the home of borosilicate glass, and the glassblowing movement.
