yep this sucks, seems to be a rise in rightwing politics all across Europe. The DPP have been gaining electoral share in Denmark http://www.economist.com/node/16381284 for a while and although not in overall power still influence policy strongly http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-12366676. So while kicking the hippies out is shitty the Danes have bigger things to worry about.
