Re: Voyagers
Staff here have always been polite and helpful with top gear to buy every time I've been in and have never been asked for ID anywhere in the Dam other than at Passport Control.
Despite the fact you should carry ID once I've checked in at my hotel everything gets locked in the safe other than for a wad of cash to 'play' with - that's my personal choice though.
ID isn't just an age check by the way!
Should I get asked in a shop or elsewhere and not get served it would be an irritation but I know the rules of the land, thankfully we are not far away from another shop, bar or whatever so not a problem really.
If it's somewhere I really do want to go to I would bring myself back with my ID another day.
It's Dutch law and when in ......... etc..
Enjoy yersens

Re: Voyagers
there is a big sign on the door
dutch law says you have to carry your id all times,we dont want possible problems from the authorities over having customers with no id,regardless of age,we have to spot check randomly to make sure customers have id,i know of shops were you have to show you have id before they buzz you in, its getting more and more common, and more shop will be asking to show you have your id regardless of age
its covering our arses,if we dont? then maybe its the government telling us to stick the shop up our arse instead of somebody who dont want to follow the house rules/law
blessssss

just no point having it if people cant have there say without been abused .
it seems to me that this is one of those places that truley is a good cs, the people who dont like it are complaining that they cant come in without photo id, or they cant come in and drink alcahol, ie they cant come into a highly scroutanised buisness and break the law, well i doubt starbucks will let you sit in the corner drinking a bottle of vodka either, not trying to start anything up just sayin that the people who dont like this shop (bar the one person who got a poor sample of weed, obviously this is a reason to not like a place) are saying so for reasons beyond the owners controll, i havent visited but its high on my november list because all im hearing is great atmosphere, great weed and friendly owners... highly blessed, see you on the 24th!

95% of ALL shops and businesses here have shitty service compared to some other countries... you just get used to it after a while
