I got the worst service I have ever experienced in Amsterdam in this place last week. Don't expect to be treated like a king, just not treated like scum. Wont be back.

Honestly I find that harder to believe in Utopia than anywhere, nobody has ever been anything other than lovely to me in there over many visits (apart from the owner guy once who was just a bit disinterested but nothing remotely worse). Not doubting you but I'd love to know the context etc as it seems so far from the normal experience there...

Utopia has by far the best customer service out of any coffeeshop by far...

The staff are attentive and very helpful always willing to help if needed...

And the stock is top class find it difficult to think anyone had a bad experience here...

Personally can't wait to be back here only 46 days!!!!!!

Fuck that fucking shit !!! After 5 five years and more than 20 visits to the Dam I've finally made my decision. It's time to see elsewhere. i just read the news and wanna say that it is pretty bad,but at least, it is good that Utopia will be still there next year in April when i am hopefully in Amsterdam,so i will have another visit.I do like Utopia,i had a very good time in this place.

Sorry to say this but my last visit three weeks ago i took 3 g of the stinky pinky not my thing at all and 2 g of the silver LA which is very nice but i think also overpriced.....
