Going out on Friday - cant wait!

Have made a list of Coffee Shops I aim to drag my stoned arse to. Though I've got a feeling it's going to be more an exercise in seeing how many I get to rather than trying to visit them all. Saying that I'm there for 5 days so, almost, anything is possible.

I've kept my 'Must Buy' list to a minimum as tend to just buy what tickles my fancy.

All looks good to me Space, it's a good list of CS and a nice little list of strains. It's a good idea to have that list but even better to see what's what when you get there.

One I would recommend, NYC Diesel from De Dampkring - massive head high - lost 2 hours on that smoke !

Hey Rez,

Tried the NYC Diesel from there last year - excellent smoke, even if it did lead to me getting lost in an area I should know like the back of my hand

Regarding meeting with the Doog - he did mention it in a post but the last week I've been busy with a work thing and everything else has been a second priority. I will pm him this week to try to arrange a hook-up.

Am looking forward to his daily posts. Whats the betting he's destroyed in some CS with the biggest cheesey grin on his face right now?

PS Rez, have you completed the report on your final day? the other reports literally had me laughing out loud.

If your in the Nes then have a look at the NYCD from there as well, I had some at Christmas and it was pretty much one of the best weeds I've ever smoked!

If your out by the Westerkerk in one of the mornings goto to Paradox for the hottest coffee anywhere in Amsterdam, the Ace weed from there was very decent!

Am staying in the Southern Canals area. Paradox is one of those I would like to get to but looks a bit of a treck, especially as I'm not the most motivated person in the world when under the influence.

Yeah it does look out of the way but it isn't really get on a tram and get off at the Westerkerk its less than 5 mins from the church (Anne Franks house is also really close) where abouts are you staying?

Sorry, it's on it's way... I have been really tied up with other stuff, my Nan has been admitted to hospital and at 91 she is on her way so that has meant daily visits for the last 2 weeks or so.

I've still got my notes and I'm getting fired up to get it written... should be a good laugh as we hit Amnesia, Noon, Rockerji and Homegrown Fantasy

Rez - Shit, sorry to hear about your gran guv. Puts things into perpesctive.

Boner - have rented an apartment on Weteringdwarsstraat - runs parallell to Prisengracht about 5 mins walk from Leidesplein. Own private back garden, a little off the beaten track which isnt such a bad thing if you ask me. Not able to bugger off back there for a nap and lose 5 hours if over indulged, when really you should have just tuffed it out. I learn by my mistakes

Sounds nice to me mate, looks like The Noon could become your local while your there?

If you jump on tram no.10 heading towards Van Hallstraat and get off at the stop where the trams cross at Rozengracht, Paradox is only a couple of mins away from there.

Probably going to use Noon as a staging post on the way out and home, as well as a little brown cafe around the corner which does the best Irish coffees I've ever had for about 5 euros.

You've done a good sale for Paradox - just circled it on my ACB map
