To be fair, it'd be worth losing a couple of fingers just for a crack at those two.

i am contemplating the same thing Nehctik, also like you i do a have an anxiety problem ie do not enjoy smoking too much alone !

but i can't stand not doing what i want to do !

Ive never been anxious or anything because of cannibas, I just get very nervous and anxious when anywhere new or unfirmiliar or where there are alot of people and I end up sweating buckets, and have to sit in a corner on my own and calm myself down etc

Amsterdam is such a laid back city you will be fine bud... When you going? Im' off for a week end of July start of August. Id be happy to hook up for a toot if your around...

Looking at the end of august but not completely sure yet

It will be my second trip to the dam but the first time I was completely lost and so it may as well be a first trip.

Going solo is good,& dont worry about anything! just go with the flow & you will be fine.

I have a few things I wanna do while in amsterdam this time,

I want to go to maoz and try falafel since ive never had it before, because of hasjdreamers report I'd like to try a few hash's as the only "hash" Ive had is soap bar which I dont know If you even call that a hash , I'd like to get out of the centrum outline on the acd map, be it by bike or tram to try a few shops. Those are just off the top of my head im sure there will be more things I want to do

Just go for it, have an adventure, whos knows when you'll get another chance?

dude if yer there at the end of august,i'm there september 1st so if you wanna meet for a smoko no probs.....relax solo is good,you just go at a comfortable pace that is good for youself without stressing,just be a mellow person and it'll be all good...i find in a group you tend to keep up/or try and out-do each other and end up fubar

In the process of planning my second trip and, though the invite is out there to my bud who rolled with me the first time to come again, I'm secretly praying he can't make it and I get to do this trip solo.

Like a few people said, it's great to have a co-pilot along for the adventure but at some point it can become a pain in the ass. There was a few times during the first trip where we got on each other's nerves and by the last few days of our stay we were going off doing our own thing for large parts of the day and just meeting up later in the evening for a quick smoke.

I like being on my own schedule and when you have 2 people with 2 different agendas sharing one hotel room key with no cell phone service it becomes quite the hassle.

All Sorted and booked I'll be arriving tuesday 25th august and leaving thursday 27th, I decided to go weekdays and try to avoid the weekend crowds

23 Days? That's some solo trip
