Bij
Boerejongers is closed for two weeks due to some electrical refit.
Fear-not Bij round the corner but I usually like hopping between the two, so look-out anyone planning on making a special effort to go there!
No more 7€ Trainwreck so I opted for BIO High Rise (8€p/g).
It was listed as Indica which surprised me and had little in terms of smell, but something about the tight nugs and the chalkyness pulled me in and I'm very happy with my choice!
Vaporised, it has an unusually long stone, 2-3 hours.
Still miss the Trainwreck, as it was the only strain I found that help me with sleeping, but happy with this one!

Actually I never tried it before. So that was my first KC-Jones. I could clearly see from the shape of the buds that there was some trainwreck in this cross so I believed it was the real KC.highlyblessed wrote: had some of your kc jones yesterday,it was very nice but it is NOT kc jones

Even if not the real deal, it's a very nice weed anyway!

I concur with all the above that have stated it is not KC Jones. Most of the buds there are probably not actually what they say they are. I also bought the Hawaiian Snow yesterday apart from KC and you can really smell the indica in it which means it is not Hawaiian Snow. Still very well cured and dense bud. Bij is a great place to buy the gear that you will mostly smoke and then have Hunter's, Dampkring etc. for special stuff.

Visited twice last week. On Tuesday I asked after the KC Jones at 8.50E/g but there was just dust left according to the budtender. I went for 2g White Russian, very good, better than Dampkring's version, and 3g of the Bio High Rise - at 7.50E/g, superb, but again nothing like the High Rise I have had from de Graal in the past, which was infinitely better.
On Weds I got there earlier but no KC Jones in stock. I went for 5g of the White Choco, and the budtender was happy to let me buy more, so I added 5g of the NYCD. The White Choco at 7.25E/g has to be the best value smoke in town, sweet and flavourful on the inhale, best for daytime or at that price, anytime - great smoke. The NYCD (stuart take note mate) pissed on Chapiteau's version from Sept, and at 8.50/g is 50 cents cheaper. Totally pungent with basenotes of vomit! Stunk the place out when he refilled the box, potent smoke which leaves your mouthwatering.
Needless to say this place & Boerejongens are well worth the trip. The 7 & 17 trams both stop nearby, you may have to queue a few minutes but the quality and price can't be beaten, great variety too.
