Thats the Arizer ordered

ended up getting a couple of single seeds aswell , Serious White Russian and KC Brains ? Northen lights ! i think ? ha ha now i need to get some decent green !!!!! only three weeks or so till harvest

So did everyone get their discount ? i made a £219(approx) order today checked my bank account at work and it appears as if the full amount has been taken

!!!?????????? No Discount !!! i hope its jus the way their doing it and refunding the discount ? if not i will have to cancel on principle

Both items I ordered are apparently out of stock even though they're still showing in stock (last time I checked anyway), I've emailed them asking about the discount and if I'm not getting it I'll be cancelling my order.

I asked about the discount on facebook and got this reply:

The shopping basket will display the FULL order amount, when the order goes through we have EVERYONE in the accounts dept. settling all orders manually, so when they settle the order it will be at the 30% discounted rate.
Payment is not proc...essed until the accounts dept. settles the order, so long story short although the shopping cart may say £100, but your invoice will show the £70 you pay. Hope that helps buddy

Cheers man the invoice says the price thats been held back from my account !! As i say i will jus cancel the order but i would be extremely pissed of tbh !!

Counting up everything I spent today , pretty sure that although my invoice said 84.95 I got the 30% to make it 60.95? i'll keep an eye on it though , of course although i'll be pissed I wouldn't be losing as much money as you cisco mate , if they fuck you about let us know & i'll take you right to their door , it's on the way to my mums

Surprise surprise the Arizer is out of stock until 13th December !!!!!! no probs i can wait but why take the fucking money from my account !!?? I thought EDIT were a decent company i have a feeling that alot of items will be out of stock then when they send it out it will be charged at full price ?

I really hope thats not the case and hope im just jumping the gun !! I need to try not get so stressed at work !!

I've just had an email back saying they're manually putting the discount through and it'll show on the bank statement in the next 24hrs.

Oops I didn't want to play the smartass, just to say my order has been sent and as it's only a 30e order I don't really care about the discount ^^
