I'm pretty impressed with Edit so far , discount aside , ordered at 12:00ish , got a e-mail around 16:00 saying it had dispatched & if the tracking is working right it's on a van & should be here by 17:00 :D :D

Edit - got it :D

Discount is now being applied BEFORE you complete your order, they seem to have sorted the problem out :)

I've been ordering from edit for years and years. Best there is.

Once they forgot to register the shipment in their system, so I e-mailed them wondering what happened. They say they must have forgotten to register it, but that they will send a replacement package the same day.

One day goes and the same status. I email them again. They tell me the same thing but this time also "I'm pretty sure I saw your package but we'll send you another one just in case"....

I ended up with three packages from them plus a lot of extra stuff "for the trouble"
That's a lot of rolling papers

My items were supposed to be back in stock on the 4th, they've took the money but haven't sent me any updates or any tracking details, not that impressed with them.

damn that sucks. personally this has happened with me with online shopping and i just call them until i get an answer.its a pain in the ass. the $ shouldn't be taken out of the account until the items are at least in stock and packed for shipment imo.

Hey Spidey i went for the Arizer Extreme  Not back in stock till the 13th

Yeah im not that happy either i had more problems with them and they more or less took £370 for a £150 order  And you say Cantona7 in my book you should not be taking money out my account until the product is shipped !! So they authorised a £220 for my order then they took the £150 but forgot to de-authorise the £220 (is that a word ? ) i only had £80 in that account so it looked as if i was £140 overdrawn !! i got it sorted in the end but still have to wait till 13thDec see what happens there if its how they say it goes i should get it the 14th !

yea i hear ya. here in the states though once its processed and boxed shipment is usually guarenteed and done within 8-12 hours. to process the order and then charge the card..and not ship it for awhile is ridiculous and un professional. sorry you've had a bad experience with them man. i hope you enjoy your vape though!

i just like them because in my experience the service has been great. esp one instance.

when i was abroad for Christmas in 2007 I decided to treat myself to a new piece. ordered a nice bong and had it shipped from edit to seattle. well the us customs decided it would be funny to not only open my package, but also smash the bong and just for giggles send it to me like that. now i wouldn't have normally freaked out but this was a £225 roor dealers cup. so when i got it i rang edit. they were super cool and only asked for pics of the damage for proof. once they got that within a few days they sent me a brand new roor free of charge. apparently this had happened to a bunch of their other us customers. so thats why i keep going through them for most of my more complicated headshop needs. alot of the online headshops over here wont even ship expensive glasss and if they do if it breaks or gets seized somehow alot of places wont take much action from what iv heard.

I wont be ordering anything from EDIT again even if they put stuff up at 90% off.

They took the money for my order then emailed saying my items weren't in stock, I've emailed them twice asking about my order and both have been ignored and now to just top it all off both items I ordered are showing as being in stock, what a fucking joke of a company.
