I have had many years of good service from edit but now they have ducked up two orders in a row first an amber 420 jar which the design on the front was similar to the pic on the site but annoyingly different, and a cheap acrylic bong which is for a present said it was instock get an email saying it was out of stock so again they just sent a similar but different one. After that I thought I had had some faith as I couldn't be bothered to send them back they agreed to discount my next order, brilliant I thought.... no fucked up again ordered papers some other little bits and a greenhouse t-shirt all instock..... nope get an email saying shirt not back instock til the 12th and it appears they are waiting til then to send my entire order, have emailed them to see if that's the case. For future reference though does anybody know of other decent online headshops?

Just an update still not recieved anything that i ordered on the 5th april, so a heads up for people dont rely on EDIT at all. I will be trying ali bongo next time i think. I have emailed edit many times couldnt even be bothered to reply to my last one, Have sent them a rather irate email and left my views about them on their facebook page so will see what happens. This whole thing annoys me even more because this order was discounted as an apology for the balls-up with my last order.

I like Edit as it has got to be the cheapest headshop in the UK they have got my order wrong a few times but after sending them a few emails they apologize then send out the correct order.

EDIT need to update their website more often. They show items in stock but when you recieve your order some items are substituted.

That is what happened to me. also loads of their stock images are old, I bought a 420 jar and the design had changed. Another I've noticed didn't effect the product but the smoking Eco pack changed design well over a year ago, like I say it doesn't affect the product but you would have thought they would have sorted these things out with the new website.

I still think EDIT is the best headshop.

Shame half the stuff isn't in stock (even though they show in stock) and their customer service sucks balls, I'd rather buy my stuff from elsewhere even if it costs more.

Great site with excellent customer service. Ordered a RooR along with an EHLE diffuser and I found out the EHLE diffuser was out of stock in the email I received shortly after. I quickly called them and someone immediately picked up the phone. I explained my situation and I received a RooR diffuser as a replacement at no extra cost (they cost 10 euros more on the site). My water pipe shipped just moments prior to calling, but he still managed to ship the diffuser out separately the same day (once again at no extra cost). The diffuser came after 5 days and the RooR came after 11 days to the US. Both were packaged very well and I'm glad know I have a real .de RooR.

I also noticed after I placed my order that the out of stock EHLE diffuser lengths were quickly removed from being available to order on the site.
