I did search, but could not find... is there a thread or a list of tobacco friendly shops? Either allowing it in an outdoor seating area, or inside an enclosure?
Thanks!

IN Rotterdam, Nemo ,Sky High, Out of time ,BoB Marley all have smoking rooms, most places do unless it is just a pick up shop, but sometimes the smaller rooms like in Bob Marley are filled up. I do usally do not go to Adam to many tourist lol
no seriously everything is more expensive there and crowed so I stick to Rotterdam,Breda and the small towns in Frisland.
