In the Czech republic it is legal to smoke and or to pocess up to 20 joints at one time or grow up to 3 plants. No coffeshops here you must grow your own or have a firiend to sell or give you some. It is illegal to sell or purchace. The quialty of bud varies a lot sometime you can find good buds prices are about 15 euros or 300 czech krona a gram. A lot of people here smoke in parks or on the street, the police do not hassel you.

Thanks it is a good city, not too big ,but IMO just as beautiful as Praha and closer to Nature. Alas, Pilsner Urquell. is not as good as it used to be last year they started using hops extract instead of real hops, in the recipe so the taste is not as good and there is no skunky aroma as there used to be. Bernard beer is one of the best beers in the Republic but not brewed in Plzen, there a lot of local familiy brews here also. Pilsner Urquell is now a multi national company and the taste has suffered because of it. But there is still many good local pivos (Czech word for beer) to be found here and Plzen is said to have the most beautful women in europe or maybe that is just all the Pivo and marihuna that makes one think so :D :D

Never had German beer, not kidding.
But Czech beer is VERY good and Dutch beer too anyhow.

American beer is water with a little beer added, which can't be called beer actually. Budweiser was bad enough, who can drink Bud LIGHT?

I agree, Budweiser is not really beer. But there are many fine microbreweries in America, and there are beers made here which any beer drinker around the world will appreciate. Pay no attention the advertisements, in other words. The best beers do not advertise, but if you ask, you will find some fine, fine brews.

But I will admit, that when I buy beer, it's usually Becks or Bass.

I like Heinkein a lot even though it is a big company, they brew the Heinken for the Czech in Brno Czech and use REAL hops, for American brew,(I went to uni in Humboldt,) there are a lot of good micro brews in Nor Cali, ( my favs Boones Oatmeal Stout or IPA)and thru out the states.yes most of the big companies suck the same is true here. The best beers are the small ones they can be harder to find but good. When in Holland I drink Heinkein or a good local brew De Parley makes a great barley wine. I tend to perfer strong beers =less time in the WC  ,German beers are good too I like dobelbock or weizen (wheat). MY favorite beer is what you would call a black and tan. It is a mix of a pilsner type beer and cerny(black) beer, we have a real strong black beer here call Nachod Special 24 percent which has 10.5% alc, so it is best to mix with a lighter plisner type.
