Best space cake in town

Post by mark the martian »

I'm going to go and buy a space cake today, where should I get it from? Or rather, where shouldn't I get it from?

Yeh if you have access to a kitchen then i would cook your own up. If not the last good one i had was popeyes Chocolate wedge (Thingy) that was in April. Might be a bit moldy by now
Myself i find that the bad ones have out numbered the good ones, 10 years back they where lethal from any CS including Smokeys  8)

Enjoy and let us know how you get on 8)

I was thinking of buying one first to get an idea of how they should go down, then try making some. But maybe I'll buy some super weak or gross tasting one or something? Oh well, I'll give it a go and report back later :D

In July, I found the cakes from Paradox completely ineffectual.

October 2008, it was the ones from Homegrown Fantasy that did nothing for me.

YMMV. Eager to hear your results!

Not sure this is directed at me, but since no one else here has mentioned a specific negative experience I guess I'm the target. But look at what I wrote -- I didn't say "xxx is no good" I said I found the specific cakes i tried ineffectual on the specific dates and from the specific places I tried them.

Now, to get more specific, I have *never* had space food that worked for me. And the only times I have tried it are the ones I reported!

It may me that I am among the "some people" whom such goodies don't affect, but I doubt it. I don't know any scientific reason to believe there are people immune to properly-produced space food, so I tend to believe I've just had dud materials! I'm quite open to the possibility of finding space cakes that will get me high!!! And darkglobe, when that happens you'll be the 2nd to know it

For my money, a report that says xxx didn't work is at least as helpful as one that says zzz did work. Especially because so many of the reports I've read have been by people who cop to the fact they were smoking copious amounts of weed while they were trying the space cakes -- can I really trust that they could distinguish the eaten high through the fog of the smoked high?
