After the VRBO owner of my first reservation flaked out on me right before I leave I've booked this one. Now I'm nervous about the same thing happening.

I wouldn't think the same thing would happen, as Citymundo runs like a booking agency. At VRBO, you're at the mercy of the individual owner. I used Citymundo once, and it was a great experience. Looks like a nice place, BTW. Even though it's non-smoking, looks like you'll be able to smoke on the terrace. Enjoy.

That is good to know. Plus the office is local too.

I do plan on using that terrace extensively!
