no, I give up, I cant find it, sure there is one as i have a memory of posting in it...

Kadinsky's is my fav to toot and drink, but Ricks Bar now has a smoking room again so... Also the bar next door to Homegrown Fantasy you can smoke and drink in...

Your first link was right, theres a list of bars that you can smoke in.
