Hi everyone
I am new here, I am off to Amsterdam in 2 wks time! This will be my 1st time to Amsterdam and I'm very excited.
One question though and I feel a bit of a geek asking this, but I want to experience the coffeeshops but I dont smoke! Is there another way of enjoying a 'high' without smoking the weed. Last time I smoked was about 20 yrs ago and I felt sick and turned green!
Does anyone have any suggestions

Welcome!
Do you mean you don't want to smoke any tobacco or just in general? Anyhow, use a vaporizer. The better css have them. You only burn the important stuff, like thc. There's enough info on this website to help you.

Welcome to the forum.
What dates will you be in Amsterdam?
I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.
First timers get my S G Collins recommendation
I think a read of this will maximize your efficiency once you get there.
How not to get hit by a bike and other stuff they forgot to tell you about Amsterdam.
Space foods are very hit and miss. Your best bet is a vaporizer. There is no smoke involved at all. Think aroma therapy for your head.
Enjoy

Hi Aphrodite. I am new here too (to the forum, that is). When will you be in Amsterdam?
You can enjoy the vibe of Amsterdam and the coffeeshop culture without directly partaking, but you may end up leaving feeling a little "happier" than when you entered. If you do get the urge to want to try something and the curiosity is eating at you, have a toke of something nice and clean, or simply just have one drag off of a friend's spliff or pre-rolled from one of the shops. If you had a bad experience in the past, maybe it was just something that wasn't quite right back then. Anyway, whichever you decide to do, I am sure you will have fun, Amsterdam, as you know, is a very cool city indeed.

Hi Jas
I'm there from 22 - 25 Sept staying in Toren Hotel. MMmm taking a drag from my friends smoke sounds a good idea. My friend has been there before many years ago. I'm gonna try the vapourizer too

Good luck!
Let us know how the Toren is...I was looking at that one as my hotel on my next stay there from the 25th to the 29th...I havent booked yet, but am seriosly leaning towrd the Di-Ann hotel because of the location and the balconies they have. Stayed at the Estherea back in July...great hotel, but not smoke friendly and can be a little pricey.
