that is utter bullshit....they should fucken hang the guy who ghave the sentence....

NOTE to all those "Get tough on crime folks":
If the profit motive is large enough, then there will always be a drug trade. (i.e. you can NOT get rid of dope by increasing the penalties. Even possible death won't deter some folks. )
Unfortunately, Malaysia often executes trafickers and, mainly in the case of foreigners, sometimes hangs folks simply for possession.
Then, if you add into the mix the fervor of some ultra-islamists, it often creates a very negative climate for those convicted of drugs offences.

A couple of iraqis got there heads whipped off in saudi about 5-6 weeks ago now,2 got caught with a car bootfull of hash & the other was caught with heroin.
