Amsterdam has it's own Monster drink??

Post by metal4mullets »

I have to admit that I'm a bit of an energy drink junkie. Coffee is wonderful, but when it's warm outside and I need to *ahem* "wake up" before work, etc., I find that a tasty energy drink full of strange and wonderful chemicals is a nice pick-me-up.

So the other day I waltz in to the gas station before work to pick up my usual Monster Khaos drink only to discover THIS son of a bitch staring me in the face!

"Monster Import?? What the fudge is that???", I think to myself. Upon turning the can around and reading a bit I discover it's canned in the Netherlands! There's even a little snippet of a story where they say, "...next stop Amsterdam!" :D I thought that this HAD to be good, so I picked one up and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it! IMO, it tasted quite good. It even has a quaint Euro-style opening mechanism on the top that can be opened and closed by sliding a tab around in a circle. I absolutely loved it and now have further proof that Amsterdam is producing some of the greatest shit in the world :D
