You are underestimating the power of mass media and pharmacuetical companies.

That Rick Simpson geezer is either a despicable lying crackpot who deserves everything the authorities throw at him, or..... I was a little more naive than I thought, and marijuana can add another medical problem to the already large list of ailments that it is effective treatment for.
I appreciate everything in this world boils down to money/resources/power, but the irony of the medical establishment withholding effective cancer treatment was something I would never have imagined until now.
Makes perfect sense..........
