traveling with iolite vaporizer from the usa to amsterdam

Hi
Going to be in Amsterdam Oct 17-23. Im traveling from the usa. I just bought the iolite vaporizer and would love to bring it with. Anyone ever bring their vaporizer with in luggage? Not sure if this is considered illegal? I dont want to start my trip in a back room getting strip searched lol.

I would imagine the problem would be getting it back into the States.
It would be used and I'm sure the dogs would alert on it. As far as getting it into Amsterdam, They shouldn't care.
I notice there are several Meet and Greets or Toke and Talks over your visit.

i wouldn't. as fbn siad it would be used. vapes resinate too. i just scraped my volcano mouthpiece and got alot of crap out.

the iolite looks fantastic i wouldnt risk it if it was mine, i normally make my own bong or bubbly and take in my bag everywhere

too expensive to leave it there after my visit. Im looking forward to the meet and greets or toke and talk. I hope you get your ride stuart!

Hi Marcy, as you may have picked up on the threads I too will have my Iolite with me and going into Holland probably wont be a problem. I think what I will do before flying home is get some acetate (nail polish remover) and some cotton buds give it a good clean then give it a heat with some tobacco in it and be quite up front if questioned. I wont be carrying any contraband, and will just say I use it for my health (the truth).
Any way I hope you have a good flight, and looking forward to meeting up with a lot of new people at Sunday and Monday's T&T's. Also I'm going to ask FBN to post one for Tuesday 21st. 4.20 at Mellow Yellow.

Hi guys hope you enjoy your trip. Its illegal to travel with a vaporizer if it has been used for consuming weed. As Fly By Night said it would probably be getting it back into the States that would be your biggest obstacle. Anyway I wouldn't risk it if I were you, definately not something I would want to have to hand over to customs. Quite a few of the coffee shops over there will have vaporizers for you guys to use anyway but I realise its not quite the same. Anyways have a good time. Peace
