Pick My First Stop!

Post by somethingclever »

I will be arriving in Amsterdam at central station around 8 in the morning on a Sunday. What coffeeshop and strain should I select for an early morning first timer? I am an everyday smoker so I believe I can handle whatever you may throw at me. Thanks.

one of the shops on the haarlemestraat can sell you a nice haze/sativa. alot of people like the mex haze at the dampkring. the g13 haze from barneys is a fave of mine as well. after here hit the 420 cafe for some nevilles haze when they open.
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

Not a great deal of choice at 8am but Central coffeeshop should be open. Its a score and go kinda place, and nothing to recommended there, other than the great BIG BOX menu full of ready weighed deals...

Picasso, menus are always changing but from the latest one I'd go with the Bubblegum.

Thanks guys. I have changed my mind several times on my first stop. Picasso had been my choice for awhile, but this just seals it.

I have to agree with Picasso as well. I started my last trip there with the white widow and it got me in the right frame of mind. There is also a nice little shop two doors from there that has some excellent toasties and pastry that make a great morning breakfast.

It's a Sativa/Indica hybrid, I'd guess it leans a little bit closer to Sativa though.

Haven't tried the Cheese there but the majority of what I've had has been good.

whenever I've hit the promised land in the early AM, Double Reggae is always open. While Picasso is superb - I've always smoked solid weed here.

Picasso - Dampkring 2 - Greenhouse - Popeye's. That's my usual starting routine, all on same street :D

Coffee Shop Ben is a good choice. Friendly budtender(good looking too). They open at 700am and their green is fairly priced.

Are you talking about the woman with the short dark hair?? We found her to be quite abrasive and she treated us as though we were bothering her. I'll admit it was in the afternoon and not early in the day, though.

If she was friendly you must have either spent a lot of money or caught her on a good day
