Trying it for first time, help!
Hello! We are coming to amsterdam with my friends in 9.11. One of my friends has never tried cannabis before, so I would like to know what is the best way in the city to introduce it for a non-smoker man? I've read the forums that some space cakes haven't worked at all, and I don't want to dissapoint him at his first time trying it. Tell me if you know if there is a shop who's cakes have always been good? Or are there any other choises for him to try? Thanks!

I would guard against space cake as your friends first experience, as it can be difficult to dose. Get your friend to try a nice gentle organically outdoor grown bud (try YoYo's coffeeshop) and get her to take a vaporiser, no combustion = no smoking!Piipaa wrote:Hello! Nice topic here that covers what you want: https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10782

Just go with your friend to dampkring, get 1gr of cheese and roll a pure joint with the whole gram in it, then light it, pass it to your mate and tell him to smoke half of it as quickly as he can, and hold the smoke as long as poss.
then watch your mate enjoying himself. :p

Many years ago my younger brother decided it was time to try some weed. We sat on the front porch of my house, it was way out in the countryside, and smoked a joint. He may have caught a little buzz, but it was obvious he wasn't where he should have been. He thought maybe yes, maybe no. My wife and I, a friend and his girlfriend, and my brother then piled into the old Volvo. We weren't going to drive anywhere, though. We fired up two joints with the windows rolled up tight. By the time the joints were burned we all fell out of the car howling with laughter. The younger brother had no more questions about being high.
I agree with the other forumite who recommended a big joint of quality weed smoked pure. They initiate is going to do some coughing one way or the other. It's best to get right to the point. Space cake takes entirely too long, and most time tastes terrible to boot. If you can find a small confined area, so much the better. Good luck to all. May it be the beginning of a life time of happy smoking for the beginner.
Love and peace to all.

Oops! I did not catch the date of Pipaa's trip. It's already history. How did it go?
