No Victim? No Crime.
All good so far, been back 3days and 2 landed
, waiting on 1, strike over next few days may affect!!!!!!!
, but hope not.
I had one that took 12 days, like Boner but it did come eventually, the strike willn't help, if you posted during the strike last week it may have a knock on effect.
Hope it turns up soon Ash333

Chase the Green to live the Dream

Well dunno if its anythin to do with the strike or just a thievin bastard postie , but i sent two packets last week one on mon which i got on mon past with no weed in it (the jiffy was in one o the RM baggies they use if your item has been damaged) i had wrapped the dvd box in brown paper that was off and you guessed it NO WEED) the other i posted on wed so expected it yest ? still no joy and the funny thing is i mentioned s/thing had been stolen from a present to the postie , and now the other pkt has not materialised !? mmmmm am i jus a suspicious guy
so fingaz crossed on getting my other pkt ! ive always had success before so ?
If this does not arrive i may have to find a new method !?
Im also really temted to phone RM prob anon cause at the end of the day if it has been stolen its theft , even if i have sent s/thing illegal no one has the right to open your mail , unless ofcourse it was the authorities ?
opinions please ?

I'm certain if it was opened officially by Royal Mail and or Customs and Excise, you would have a note explaining this fact regardless. You would still receive the packaging with this letter/note inside apologising that the contents had to be examined that either passed or failed accordingly. Not a royal mail plastic bag saying the parcel got damaged en route, which every postman has access to, btw.
I wouldn't say it's your local postman who is tampering with mail, but the gits in the main sorting office who get away with all sorts.
Just remember A4 envelopes speed through the system whereas jiffy bags and parcels don't. Just a hint

I was told by a scottish dealer in amsterdam that if you post weed back its not 100% certian to make it home,Sometimes you get a little slip in your package from the customs & minus the weed saying that you have been given a warning & stuff,I asked why they dont charge you ect & he says its cos they cant prove you sent the package in the 1st place & all they can do is intercept.
This is true. However I believe the packaging still arrives regardless, with a note from customs in it saying the contents had been confiscated or passed if nothing in there was illegal and sorry we had to open it, etc. NOTE: this is a customs note and not a Royal Mail plastic baggy they use for damaged mail.
If all you have is a Royal Mail plastic baggy and no note from customs inside, then I can pretty much assure you that the package got through customs fine and the gits in the regional or local sorting office have had a field day. It's not always necessarily you local postman in the morning who's tampering with it, although not impossible, but the gits in the sorting offices know what to look for.

During the 2007 strikes, some 'post' en-route to me from Canada never arrived. It was nearly December when the parcel finally turned up. It had been opened, my 'goodies' taken, the Trojan left intact, just the envelope had been taped up with orange customs tape, and that was it. Not a word, letter... anything?! (I can’t tell you how many times I looked through that packet, knowing it was empty of what I wanted, but I found it really hard to let it go, after the excitement of it arriving after all that time (it was sent in August!)) I suspected Canuk customs don't have the same rules to follow as the uk boys, but who knows?TRANCE wrote:I'm certain if it was opened officially by Royal Mail and or Customs and Excise, you would have a note explaining this fact regardless. I have to say if I was a postie I would probably keep my eyes (or nose) open for certain packages...
I HATE the strikes. Really fricking me up. I'll be dry fro Christmas if they don't sort themselves out!
My advice would be not to bother putting anything in the post during the strikes. In 2007 it caused all sorts of bother, post vanished left right and centre.
I have tbh if i noticed weed or that in a packet i would not touch it thats theft ? but i do know posties who have stolen so its not impossible and everyone aint got the same morals > heres what happened couple guys working at my local sorting office sorting packets so they through them into york containers , well one hit the side and burst open and white powder fell out
so the dude puts it up his jumper and presto he jus stole a big blob of amphet base
yuck ! so it defo does happen ! thievin bastards
maybe i should ask that dude
still hoping my other one will come but ive kinda resigned myself to the fact it aint !
So any opinions on contacting RM about this matter anon but with some details so they can possibly investigate ? cause at the end of the day it is still theft ?

Remember the clip in "ideal" where the postie woman wants to score from moz & she goes onto say "i will bung you a mis marked parcell now & again" as payment & that some are right big ones
