This propaganda is why it will never get anywhere near legalisation.

what, exactly, is that crap that the BBC posted about the professional 'guinea pig' Nicky?

WTF?

Isn't the BBC supposed to produce, ummm.....journalism?

That skank article bears no resemblance.

A local man who is disabled and in a wheelchair, who had been procecuted by local authorities for growing weed in his house to ease the constant pain of his condition (sorry, dont remember what it was), is now using this case as his grounds for appeal. :-) Lets hope he gets the result we all want

but then that would be a legal precedent.....and we all know gordo brown's new legal rottweiller(don't know his name, don't care either) will have it shot down just as jackboot jaqui smith did and a legal precedent would offend HIS policy and make him look the fool that he is....unless the judge is enlightened(here's hoping)......but then he'll probably have it overturned at the lawlords like that thing we used to have called "class C"......personally id rather they get on and either do what holland had or just plain legalise it....good luck to the guy in the wheelchair, hope he does win
