Posting weed to UK from 'Dam

Well me and my mates all sent packages last weekend, all came back, but only 1 had any weed in it!!!

Thieving bastard postmen!!!! i got my dvd tho the cheeky cunt!!!

oh well you win some and you lose some!!

this time i lost, sour power, flower bomb kush, nyc diesel, ever grey, casey jones, nepal pollen, gardella and some zero zero!!! probably 8 grams in total!!!!

wow that sucks, 4 packs arrived but 3 where empty? holy shit, where they resealed or just tapped back up, did you all use the same packaging? or same Post office? what was the weed that got though? maybe they don't like that strain...

But in retrospect i kno it was taken on the dutch side, because my jiffy envelope was sliced open on the top where i sealed it up with the POSTNL tape, and the reseal was made with the same tape, and i knew it wasn't how i taped it up.

In future i will only go to the post office alone, as every other time i've sent something back i did it like that, and i had 100% success with them all!!

i also do the pro approach of printing labels etc!! my mate who got his back didn't even do that!! no smelly proof bags!!! no DVD case!!! nothing!!! and the motherfucker got his back!!! oh well the smoke was on him on friday anyway!!!

Hmmm... Personally, i think that might have given it away.

Why? Four stamps is enough for 5g.

As is three, in my experience... I just think 5 looks like someone isn't too sure about the package... Might be all the reason they need to have a quick snoop... Why would someone pay 3-4 euros extra for a simple delivery? ...Especially a DVD, which you assume would have been sent by someone or some company that had a grasp of postal prices in the Netherlands...

Basically, i find it helps to look professional!

i posted stuff back using smelly proof bags, dvdcase, and printed labels on the 31st of march. i have had 100% success with same method before, 4or 5 times.
so its been 10 days with nothing, perhaps im jumping the gun as packages have taken longer to be successfully delivered but in my experience less than a week is the norm, granted we had a public holiday on the 1st of april here in the uk but im fearing the worst i hope that a sly stoner got their sticky hands on it rather than customs though
i dont want to put people off posting but perhaps new methods are required as the dvd/jiffy may be a recognised method with customs these days??

i will be revising my methods if i ever post again from dam.

just wanted to give a word of caution to any would be weed posters

Yes. I posted two dvds on the tuesday, one from amsterdam and one from eindhoven. I recieved the amsterdam one on friday, the other one has still not shown up. I think its gone.


Happy that i got 10g anyway.

Ive brought 5g back on two occasions by stuffing it in my hand lugaage that I would claim to have 'forgot about' however im yet to be stopped with this method. Will hopefully have more success with it when im over in 2 weeks.

yeah that should work. my friend just realized that he had a fat ass spliff in his ciggarette package when he was going for a fag shortly after we arrived in uk again. lol

im to scared to bring some back on me, its not worth it to me.

Didn't even bother this trip(apart from my 1st trip i'm 1 of those nutters who sent back between 3-6 parcels each trip , most that arrived was 6 in 2 days ) & tbh it was nice not worrying about don't think i'm going to bother from now on

& no-one heard it from me that the grinders you can get with the little compartment ontop (we got a Baba 1 last year) can hold a shit load of hash

How long do packages usually take to arrive to the uk?

With the right postage, usually about 3 or 4 working days. Though I've known things take longer than that, if I leave on a Sunday/Monday and nothing has arrived by the next weekend I start thinking the worst.

Can be really random though, I've known the first thing posted be the last to arrive, things turn up after 2 weeks etc.

i was there 3weeks ago with every intention of posting stuff back i had the dvds the jiffy bags the bubble envelopes and the printed labels but in the end i just got too smashed to be bothered to post it,now i know this wont be wot people will want to do but i will shre this with you anyway. I ended up in central coffeeshop just b4 we were leaving and i had a mad thought about just taking sumthing on the plane with me instead of posting it so i bought 3 gram of hash and 2 gram of weed put it in a small smellproof container in the middle of my bag that i was taking on as hand luggage.Got to the airport put my bag through the security and i go through the body scanners my bag is just about to make it through the xray machine wen the pull it back the guy then looks at the screen and then calls a work mate over to have a look as well (at this point i wish i never got so smashed and posted the stuff back instead),they then started pointing to the side of my bag and i started to feel a little bit more at ease as i knew my stuff was in the side of the bag,they then opened the side of my bag and took out a half used tube of toothpaste checked it over put it back in my bag and let me go on my way.End result a very happy me and a very stoned me once i was home

im going back over in 3 weeks time i might post a little back but i will be taking 5 gram back in my bag again in the hope i will get back through again

Great story. I'm not at all complacent and therefore wouldn't dream of ever attempting to bring back large stashes in hand luggage. The last time I visited the Dam, I sent 5 grams back using the traditional method through the post and nothing arrived. No HM letter, nothing. I won't make the same mistake again. I think a major impediment is the privatization of the Amsterdam postal system. I think the Dutch TNT postal workers are wise to what's happening and are nicking packages. I've visited the Dam regularly over the last 20 years and always put 5-10 g in the lining of my jacket pocket which I keep in my hand luggage. I've never been pulled up once in that time.
