Your self-control amazes me. I could never do that – I always immediately sample everything I buy, if possible, and if not then at the next opportunity. Haha. I still had a good few gram's of weed and hash on me when passing the GreenHouse at the bottom of the RLD and thot "F##k It, grab something nice and send it home!". I did nearly try the ice at the time, but Im glad I never (It will be the full g). Hope the Flowerbomb is good also! Has anyone tried the Ice? It was 22 euro a g so Im hoping a few bong rips get me wasted!

Well after writing the last post I popped off to the shops to get some heinekens to try to kill the Amsterdam blues. Wot a surprise to see what the nice postman had left me when I got back! 3 outta 3! They stink real bad, how they never got checked is beyond me! Im off to cure the blues now anyway in a puff of smoke!

Good news!
I have always been somewhat curious about posting some home, I dont smoke back home but I have some mates who always ask me to post them some back.
My problem is I dont feel comfortable with walking into a post office with 3 or 4 envelopes stinking of weed, I'd rather just pop them in a couple of random post boxes throughout the city.
My question is, how many stamps, and to what value did you put on your packages and how much did you put in each one?

You dont go in a post office its deposit box sort of things. Im sure you know how to package something but just put in what you think is enough dont go over the top. I only put a gram of hash and a gram of weed and im sceptical if it will come.

I also put flyers in it about 6 or 7 and used 1 stamp so wel have to see

But I have read on this thread that your package is more likely to not make it through if the postage isnt correct, hence why I was keen to find out exactly how many stamps and to what value people put on the envelope when posting a gram or 2 in a dvd case.

High from Scotland mate! I have sent 15 letters home this way in total and received every one (touch wood!). Just dont get greedy and you should be fine! I only put 2g in each letter in smell proof bags (amazon) with 1 priority stamp on each. (you can see a picture of this in previous post!) I also have never went inside the Post Office, only stuck it in the post box. They are orange and it took me ages to spot 1 the first time! Being stoned out my mind probably never helped either lol. My mates have used the dvd/jiffy bag method and put more in, but IMO if you lose a dvd case full your going to be a little pissed! 1 letter goes missing, no big deal, your bound to get some! Best of luck and hope you get them all!

This is exactly why I wouldnt put more than 2g in each! Its not worth losing all that for the sake of splitting it up a bit! 1 stamp is fine for 2g in a letter! Anything more and Im not sure, prob more stamps.

Fuck it, the potential benefit outwiegh the risks , I have had some mighty hauls home before doing that. I used to just bung it in the suitcase but I haven't done it the past 2 trips.

Each to their own I geuss mate! I just know of people losing fairly large amounts through the dvd method, which personally would piss me off! On the other hand, I see what your saying. A half oz thru the post would be like christmas and a nice session! I sent 3 cards back with 2g in each (1 stamp each) and took a g of Jack cream (gh) in my suitcase. (Never told the missus until the car journey home. She wasnt amused! She still wanted a smoke of it though haha ) Would recommend the cream. Pricey but a bit different. 18 euro a g. Something I'll never see round my way so thought fuck it!
