Morning Lads,

Looking to go to the Dam on the 26th for 3 nights, with my missus. Looked on last minute and at riverboats etc but not really sure on the specifics of each place. We both like to smoke and so somewhere near the town and smoker friendly would be fantastic, looking to spent about 350-450 including flights, can someone recommend some places?

As i said last minute threw up a few suggestions but unsure on the location of the hotels and the smoker friendlyness - Western Blue Square Hotel

Last min always flash up the Blue Square Hotel! Its quite a trek form the city centre and not smoker friendly. Hem hotel (NOT the 2* annex!), is cheap, good breakfast, clean, but also quite a way from the centre. It is more smoker friendly though.

Hotel Freeland http://www.hotelfreeland.com/home.en_US.html is a good place to stay as a couple. It is super friendly so great for first timers. Its near the museum/vondel park area of the city, but you be amazed how small the centre is, how easy it is to walk everywhere, and how fricking fantastic public transport can actually be!
