Oh my first post was such a high, my second one is super lowwww.

I just received an email from my father informing me he will not be available to house me while I am there with my SO. He also did not offer his place to us. Strangest thing is he payed for the tickets, but oh well...

I now need to find lodging for 17 days, and it needs to be economical. I am looking to spend like $500 for lodging for 2 and know this is impossible at hotels etc.

Any recommendations on what to do or where to stay would be appreciated,

Ok so tomorrow I find out whether I have to cancel my trip or not. What a curse to have the tickets in my hand but potentially not make it there...
