nearly all the drive is on sectioned off dual carriageway/motorway so it would be very hard to cross onto the wrong side, saying that once you get into the city centre its certainly possible + what is more difficult is remembering you have to drive on the tiny sections on the side of the road, the main part of the street is tram/bus/taxi use only

we went from harwich to hook and we were sailing for 8 hours. It took 2 hrs just to get out of harwich. Dover seems the best way for us and you get the fun of driving except that bloody m25.
