Hello,

Im Darren, im from the United Kingdom. I amm new to this site and this is my first post..

I have not yet been to Amsterdam, but it is High up on the list of places I want to go!

I am looking for help from someone who lives in or near to Amsterdam I would be grateful if you could post or PM me if you do.

For everyone else I would like to ask, with the new rules regarding non-residents using coffee shops etc.. how is that panning out?

If I were to go to amsterdam, how would I acquire some cannabis and where could I smoke it?

Thanks for reading

Darren[/b]

Hi and welcome!

You could try a CS, they might have a bit to sell and if you buy a soft drink they might let you smoke it in there too 8)

Hello :) , go to amsterdam asap, like stu says once you go you will get the bug & wish you had done it earlier, + the rules are the same as they have been for the past 30odd years, the only difference is you can no longer buy alcohol in cs's, oh & the supposed tobacco ban  , but who knows how long things will remain this way, go as soon as you can

How not to get hit by a bike

this document may be found in the excellent S G Collins website recommended by FlyByNite for first-time visitors to amsterdam

imho reading this document is the very most important preparation you can do to ensure your own safety in amsterdam traffic, because being hit by a bicycle could ruin your day ...

if you have already read the document, then thanks, but if not, then please please read before you arrive, and thanks

have a great trip whenever you go ...
