KLM are a decent airline! but,They loose interest with you after they have your money! ive noticed that before with them,Ie changing your flight times after you have booked & not bothering to much about your luggage,I read a story recently where KLM kept a flight on the ground for hours & they only handed out meal vouchers as they were near riots,Even then it was grudged.

It's a Dutch airline.

Would expect them to give anything out for free?

did near cause a riot...and did get the measly voucher....useable just about nowhere.....aircanada trashed my bag years ago, went straight to their office in baggage claim (heathrow T3)...guy took 1 look at the case, agreed it was trashed,he went upstairs to shopping and brought back a superior case that was similar to mine...result! ...no fuss...just glad customs didn't look in it....weed and fresh caught salmon that i had smoked and vac sealed the nite before the flight.....
