Hey great thread senior hippies and some very good contributions. Speaking as a relative old timer 41. i agree whole heartedly with your remarks, if you want to go from one CS to another good luck to you.I have done it many times and never got round to seeing all the other things Amsterdam has to offer.I really enjoy my trips now although less frequent due to cash constraints. i smoke less and it provides a lovely back drop to riff through the day and night.
One thing i have never done is go solo i really must get round to it. My problem is my work is in sales and i spend all day talking to strangers .So it is always nice to spend some quality smoking time with friends.I feel if and when i do go on my own then i will make no effort to make friends and become a bit bored.
Sorry gone a bit of topic there would be great to meet with some senior members so to speak on my next trip whenever that is!!.cheers

Know what you mean completely, done several solo trips over the years but always struggled with finding someone sane to hit it off with and battling with being off my head at same time, a bit of a paradox.
