I`d suggest you go into the local X-Shops, which have been popular for many years now.
you can buy different sorts of X in those shops, in amsterdam there are some hundreds and everyone can go in and buy 5 pills once a day......ah damn sorry man, that was marihuana and coffeeshops

Theres actually a shop near the red light district called 'Mr Gullible' If you go in there and ask behind the counter for a tall guy called 'Mr. Naive' im sure he can sort you out, always helped me out in the past....
