Just Moochin' To Mellow Yellow For Elevensies

Introduction

once upon a time in october 2009 spidergawd went to mokum and returned with a photo of an elephant sculpture which he posted as his new avatar ...



as soon as i saw his elephant i just had to rip-off the pixels and make a new avatar of my own ...



when spidergawd saw my new avatar, he remarked that "we could just be mooching into Mellow Yellow for our elevensies".

well, that comment led to another new avatar ...



and when i posted this, i realised that together the two avatars could be the first and last pictures of a journey of a couple of mates going for a quiet smoke … and that there could also be a number of pictures of the journey itself …

so it is my intention to get spidergawd and me and everyone else who has joined the procession to mellow yellow in time for elevensies

this will be done avatar-by-avatar by updating the first message of this topic until the journey's end has been reached and we are all in mellow yellow for a well-deserved smoke

last december 2010 i started this Just Moochin' To Mellow Yellow For Elevensies thread as a place to collect a set of avatars ... click here for the background explanation message

well the collection of avatars is now complete and spidergawd, stonedsince'67 and others have finally reached their destination of mellow yellow after some great adventures in pepperland and elsewhere

together the set of avatars makes a poster which fits on either an a3-size (for europe etc) or tabloid-size (for the usa) piece of photo paper and makes, i think, for a bit of visual fun

the poster is 775x1185 pixels and has a resolution of 86 dpi (dots per inch) ... at this resolution the image has a width of 9.012 inches and a height of 13.779 inches

if you would like to save the poster onto your computer, please click on the thumbnail below to display the full-size image ... then right-click on the full-size image to get a small menu and select "Save Picture as" or the equivalent ... then print on a3-size or tabloid-size photo paper

ahh the freak brothers art....its what i miss when the old "other place "closed down....what a travesty that was! covering up all those great pictures which to me was all part of the amsterdam experience for me

well i bought some gif software over the weekend and i thought i would try it out on the just moochin' poster and it seems to work, so i decided it could go here and finish off this thread
