Serendipidy - Bumped off KLM on 22/12

Travel was a mess Tuesday. Wife and I got bumped off KLM to Houston. KLM rebooked us for Weds. Gave us hotel, meals and 600 euros each. Well we were not staying in all night!
Caught the airport shuttle from hotel to Schipol to catch the train in to Centraal. On the shuttle was American girl (Student in Germany and very cute!) who wife befriended while KLM was setting up arrangements. Also Norwegian kid (in school in SF) who asked to tag along once he figured out what we were up to!
It s late once we got to Centraal so we wated to stay close to station. Went to Greenhouse Effect - 1g LA Con, 1g Amnesia Haze, 1g Greenhouse special, Greenhouse bar was crowded so we went to smoker-friendly bar across from Stones Corner - can't remember name. Wife and I had some LA Con. Girl and Norwegian dude had a big pure AH. Girl had 1-2-3 hits and was out - head on table and laughing uncontrollably. I don't think she had any more after that. Stayed a couple of hours smokng, drinking, and laughing our asses off The AH was killer.
Very nice evening with 2 strangers who had no idea where to go and we enjoyed their company immensely. Girl lives in Houston area when not in Germany as we do when not in the UK. we're staying in touch.
