A joint for me is about a gram or so. No tobacco!!

Why you guys put tobacco in your joints is beyond me. The stuff is nasty, full of chemicals and nicotine, and tastes like shit! (I smoked cigarettes for many years, quit two years ago, but never, ever spoiled my weed by adding tobacco)

If you can't handle smoking a j of pure weed, smoke a bowl or something instead.

Its got little to do with being to handle it and more to do with that the little stubby US joints when passed around is like people doing shots of tequllia sucking the shit out of it with bits of weed going in there mouth, thats not very conducive to me with a mellow pass around and conversation which i like about smoking.

1 gram = 1 joint or more depending if I have any hash/ice to add to said joint.

I don't think I would last long with you on a CS crawl mate lol so by that you get 3 maybe 4 out of an eighth?

I usually get at least 6 out of an eighth so I'd say maybe 2 joints out of a gram. Do you smoke it pure perhaps?

As a rule I make my joints with normal silver rizlas or if I want to whack a gram in one I just use a king sized slim silver.

I usually smoke exclusively through pipes/bongs but occaisonally roll joints when I know I'm going to be with a group. Therefore, it really depends on the size of the group. I usually roll a king size green Rizla with 1-1.4 grams pure for 3-5 people. For just myself, or with the fiancé, I'd say .5-.6 grams in a regular silver Rizla is the norm.

If I slammed a 1g pure joint by myself I would be absolutely trashed

I just cant imagine a spliff burning right without tobacco, maybe its just the bud were im from, (west yorkshire england). On average id say i get 2 decent joints from a gram, or one proper phat one. Or when we wana get extra blazed put an 8th in a blunt raw, no baccy. Best taste, hardest hit

I can't smoke pure weed joints either! A long slow infusion a joint gives is my preference mixed roughly 60/40 with tobacco, not tailored backy out of packets but ever so slightly aerated rolling tobacco such as 'Cutters Choice'. If the backy is straight out of the packet it can be a bit too moist and can make you gag a bit, but slightly dried out then the joint burns perfect. Long and thinly rolled with a slight tapering cone shape using a king size rizla, but my trick is to roll the paper/joint inside out and to burn all the excess paper off before smoking it, I see no point inhaling all that extra paper smoke. Sometimes I'll use a filter tip, sometimes roach, depends on the weed where some grams can last ages and some don't.

I just don't smoke pure either.I have to put a bit of baccy in too I usually buy a pak of Drum and take it outta the pak remove all the bits of stem let it dry overnight and by then its the perfect consistency to mix(in grinder) with whatever weed I have......This doesn't mean i won't smoke pure tho but i'd only use a single normal size silver rizz if smoking on my own.
Methinks i need a list for 4/20 of who smokes with tobac and who doesn't so i don't pass the wrong J to the wrong person

Still doesn't change the fact that tobacco adds nothing positive to weed, and you can just smoke less if smoking a whole joint pure is too much for you. I think some of you guys are in denial and are addicted to the tobacco and saying "it makes the weed burn better" is the only thing you can come up with.

So you ignore the main statement I make and focus on the last sentence. If that's the case (they just like it that way/cultural) they should say that, and not make assumptions that "Americans just want to get fucked up".

Your "preachy Americans" signature is offensive, and speaks volumes about you. I find it would be very difficult to have a conversation with someone who seems to have a chip on their shoulder right off the bat.
