ACD 420 cup the Gathering...more stuff!!

Here's the final voteing for the Gathering Everyone pretty much went with the first one---where we end up in the eveings going to the Nes for partying and decussions. picking the top 6 coffeeshops by a new poll (also need 2 backup shops --just in case something negitive would happin with one of the other 6 chosen coffee shops)this way we can go to the shops in a group or alone or whatever at out leaisure.---no rushing!!

also here's even more information about the Gathering , the most voted for poster is ""spread your wings and fly"" it will be laminated, to last. and I will print as many sets as the amount of persons set to attend!

the smaller version of spread your wings will also be laminated + I'm going to put somesort of clip or chain on it, so it can be worn( if you want to). this way we can identify each other!

Heres a rough draft for the voteing form, one per coffee shop. and there will also be maps printed out showing the chosen coffee shops and addresses.
and a itenerary sheet showing all the meet & greets, parties, coffee shop crawls and stuff like that,.

What do you all think so far????

I must admit I've fallen a little bit in love with the red haired temptress flying her joint through the night sky in your second pictures, I might just get a sneaky T shirt made up with her on it as well

That all looks great Hestia thanks for all your time and effort..personally i think it's gonna make the week a lot more fun.I think one of those little laminated cards hanging around our necks will draw a lot of interest from those CS owners who actually give a shit about their weed and their shops plus the average joe on the street...we might even get a few freebies outta them lol

Spyder your welcome to use weed witch as a t-shirt--get me one too please. I don't know if having acd-420-cup the gathering i.d. will get us any freebies...but it ain't gonna hurt

....And YES I think that all of this effort will make 420 a lot more fun! I want the chosen shopes to be able to reconize us, so that they can put there best foot foward(show us what ya got)

This is one of the reasons that i'm coming over a few day early...so that I can visit the chosen coffee shops befor hand and get everything set up !!! HEY! this just might work after all

Hey ya Spyder hook me up with a medium tee shirt and let me know how much and i'll send the money.

I'm arriving early on the 15th and would enjoy popping around the cs and see whats going 2 happen. I also like the
laminated cards thing for the cs too know we be judging. Lol. Can't wait.

Great work Hestia.... im sure everyone appreciates the work and effort you are putting in for the 420 Gathering.... please dont let it overtake your relaxing and chilling time while on Holiday in Amsterdam.... even thought we love the enthusiasm and im sure you love putting all this together

I know that the 420 seems far away (and it is) but it'll be here befor we know it.....and it can't be soon enough for me ...
