You get Iplayer in NL?? How? polease share
iPlayer in NL (or any geographically restricted) is quite simply got around - all you need to do is send all your internet traffic to somewhere thats in the country where viewing is allowed

[forgive me if thats teaching one things you know - i did not mean it offensively]

The actual tech side of it is quite easy too. There are two ways. One is known as proxy, the other is VPN - the debate as to which is best will rage for all time, so I'm not going to go into detail here.

There is also the issue of payment - as with anything, someone has to host a computer on the internet in the country you need it to be in and pay costs that are associated. Some go the advertising-esq route, some go for a subscription type model. The third is to know someone in the county and 'roll your own'.

for starters, its best you google "iplayer proxy" or "iplayer vpn". If you need more info, or detail then I'm happy to talk more in private messaging (as I don't want to take this too far off topic)

VPN / Proxy is legal - infact many many companies use it as a secure way for remote workers to access the internal company network. Watching iPlayer may not be legal - but i'm not a lawyer and I'm talking how it can be done - not should it be done.

I think they play up to the challenges ideas as well man, however James May falling of a plank was the highlight of Christmas viewing for me, also, the alternative 5th gear sucks hard.

I've not like it as much for a couple of seasons now and have found the challenges almost predictable in that time.

Also doesn't help that Richard Hammond has turned into one of the most annoying personalities on tv!!

Top Gear is brilliant but I tend to agree about Richard Hammond, he's very annoying especially when he keeps relentlessly driving into the back of his co-presenters vehicles in challenges. lol

I learnt recently that American TV have commisioned to make their own version of Top Gear, but even American critics are already asking why, when the UK version is so good.

An old friend of mine once used one of the blank pages out the back of a Giddeons bible on Christmas Day when there was no shops open to pick up skins. Even though he's pretty staunch anti-religion he didn't want to "tempt fate" and use a page with text. Ha. Double standards.

His coughed up a chunk of red lung butter half way through it. That was comeuppance enough. He thought he had the cancer. Special Jebus cancer, nothing to do with the fact he'd just smoked tracing paper or anything...
