POST BOXES in Centrum area

Please can anyone tell me where there is a post box in the area near Centraal Station or in the Centrum area of Amsterdam. I want to post some smoke back when I get there, but I dont want to take it into a post office to send it, they'll know what I'm up straight away. Any recomendations?

The majority of postal business is now done at Tabac's (larger ones) that also have postal facilities (due to partial privitazation of the postal system). I am pretty sure none of them will know or care what you are posting, plus you will be certain to get the right postage. Even if you do not want to talk to someone, they have postal drop off location inside.

These people work for the tabac not the post office, I think. Good luck.

i would second what Marco said , however there is or used to be a postbox outside central station ! ive used it to post p/cards before ! HTH peace out

Look for the TNT logo on a tabac and they can post your gear.

The most simple one to locate for a stoner I've found is the one between Picasso and La Grotte, on the same side of the street.
