Do they take plastic (Visa/MC) at coffeeshops? If not, what bank ATM's use Plus, AFFN, Accel Exchange, or Interlink?

Its Cash ed only. You can pull cash from your visa at the ABMO -AMRO or whatever it's called at Dam square.

Cash only at coffeeshops. You can get cash at any ATM with your ATM card. Be SURE to let your bank know you will be using your card in Amsterdam. Better a few minute phone call than a card refused for suspicious activity.
