Waking up a little before 7AM, I immediately re-lit the OG Kush spliff in the Ashtray in order to get back to where I want to be. Bubbled. :P

A quick shower later, and I found myself hooking up the Lappy, and getting some tunes on the go.
Image

As soon as my hair was dry, I popped down for Breakfast. It was included in the room rate, so I was gonna make sure I got the most out of it. 2 bowls of cornflakes, A cheese and ham Sandwich, a brew and a glass of O.J. were almost inhaled before bounding back up to the room to prepare for the days Toke-athon.

It was still a little dark at this hour in the morning, so I took advantage of the quite surroundings and shot a couple of Pics.

Image

Choice is a little limited before 9 AM, so I ambled into Hunters once more, and asked Friendly, Bud dude if I could see some Sativa’s. I opted for a gram of Super Silver Haze ( I forgot to note the price, possibly €11? )
Image

As you can see from the picture, this was a lovely example.
I consumed my morning Medication in the form of a phat pure doobie. It burned very nicely, and tasted very nice to me. The tunes were fucking excellent too. Classic Lou Reed. Perfect start for a morning wake and bake if you ask me.
With a satisfactory, hazy stone now accomplished, I gathered all my layers up, and set off for a morning Stroll. I did have a destination, but I was a little early.

Here is a whole bunch of post 9 AM pictures I shot while under the SSH influence.

Since I was near the Leidseplien by now, I decided to pay a visit to a shop I haven’t been into for a long time, The Noon. Just a buy and fly. I purchased 2 grams of the Blueberry SilverHaze at a very reasonable €10 a gram.
Image
Image

Probably my favourite herb of the trip. Insanely smelly pot. Taste was unreal. Sweet, yet hazy. Like a more fruity Amnesia Haze. I like it.

A very short walk and I was at Mellow Yellow. I did have my reasons. I was off to play Feds n Heads with Puffin13 and the rest of the Mellow Yellow Stoner collective!
On arrival, Puffin was already there, packing his pipe with the new strain on the Menu. Topfloor. After a quick hello and handshake, I popped back up to the counter and bought 2 grams of Honey hash for € 10 a gram ( I think ) then settled town to toke up. A pre prepared Cheese joint was pulled from my pocket and lit asap. Very soon, I was being introduced to a young, energetic fellow. Then an older, American fellow with wicked Side burns 8) . Ah, then there is a face I recognise. The very same fellow I smoked spliffs with in June the day after my Birthday . He recognises me too. Nice.
Shortly after, we took up residence at the big table upstairs and got to gaming. I hadn’t played Feds n Heads before, but after 20 minutes, and a worn off stone, I was picking it up and having a lot of fun.
Of course, I finished with the Smallest stash. But that was irrelevant. I was stoned, and in the company of super cool tokers, and very much having fun. Once the first game was over ( won by our very own Puffin if I remember correct :?: ) I was super hungry. The M.Y.S.C, however, were just getting started. I explained I was starving, and also that I was still a tourist, and wanted to rock a few more coffeeshops before teatime, said my good buys, and set off southward for food.
Image

Nothing fancy mind, I was far too stoned to interact with respectable folks  , so a few double cheese burgers, and some fries from the Micky Dees near the Albert Cuyp Market sorted me out fine. Plus, it was just along the Street from my next smoke-shop stop. De Graal.

Image

I did actually walk past it twice, but got there in the end.

I buy Hashish.
€ 10 bags of the Super Polm
Image
Image

And their top end Moroccan Polm, White Gold.
Image

Talking a seat upstairs, with this view in front of me

Image

I set about rolling up the Super Polm. Didn’t take long at all. The polm was fresh and fluffy, and made for a fat spliff indeed. A very tasty, light, mellow smoke. Perfect for reading the Jimmy Page interview in my Mojo magazine. Before leaving, I shot a picture of the Mural on the wall.
Image

De Graal accomplished, I honed in on Katsu for a little familiarity.
Image

Opting for some more Hashish, I bought the € 20 special on the King Hassan and a cup of tea. The music in here was spot on. James Brown and other such funky maestro’s. Every where I looked, folks heads were grooving,
King Hassan Special.

Image

I smoked the last of the Noon’s, BBSH, and another polm spliff, while updating my notebook. As much as I didn’t want to leave, I had more shops to Hit up. Leaving Katsu, I walked along the side of the Park, and shot these.
Image
Image

Quickly, I reached Carmona.
Image

First time for me. I was greeted by the Tender, right as you go in. The menu offered super value, and a good standard of smoke. Once I had purchased my Hawaiian Haze for a insanely cheap € 15 for 2 grams ( that’s what my notes say… I Know! )
Image

Rubbish picture, simply because its very chill and quite dark in the coffeeshop, and I smoked the whole two grams in here. It wasn’t until I finished the first spliff that I noticed this chap a few feet away.
Image

Again, I could have sat here for ages, but I had another Gem in my sights. Exiting Carmona, and turning Left, will bring you out at Yoyo.
Image

The friendliest Lady in Amsterdam served me a € 10 bag of Master Kush and a coke, then handed me an ashtray, and told me to enjoy my smoke. I Sat here and took these.
Image
Image

Then took this
Image

Then rolled most of it up into a Reefer of gargantuan proportions. Straight away I liked the taste, no bright white ash on this herb though. A slightly dark grey ash, but it burned fine, and like I said, I enjoyed the taste very much. This doobie was actually my 4:20 PM smoke.
I noticed that even though I was wrecked by now. :D

My long walk back to the Centrum, took me past all these excellent picture opportunities.
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Some where along the line, I bought a pipe, and a nug Jar.
Image

Then I was back in the hotel, reflecting on a good Day so far. Checking BBC news to see what the weather is like in London. The boys are due in tomorrow morning, and some bird on the news is telling me that there is fresh snow and cancelled flights left right and centre.

TBC….

Theres footie on today folks, give me a break.....

SWEET report! :) greaT PICS.. Amsterdam in the snow, that must have been brill.

Pity the OG Kush from Green Place wasn't tasty, when I had this 4 months ago it was absolutely STANKIN- and 15e/g. I suppose the 2euro price cut must reflect the drop in quality.

White Gold hash and blueberry silverhaze look aweessoommee.. giving me ideas for shopping list in march..

Yeah, I guess that makes sence, I think the Bluecheese was € 15 a gram. I never sampled it though.

Also i must have walked past that hotel a hundred times and still didnt recognise the photo when i saw it
