I cant figure it out

I was in a coffee shop about 10 years ago that had a large aquarium in the middle of it and a pool table on a back/upper level. I can not remember the name of it and have tried to figure it out from this website. I have returned to the city many times but have never been back to the coffee shop. Anyone know ?
