This is a truly awesome and eclectic lineup. Shame it's all the way over there, and there's only 80-odd days to save up.

May keep an eye on it for next year though if it's as good.

Glasto will do this year 8)

I haven't been to either, but from the pictures and videos I've seen they're quite different. Burning Man is held in the middle of the desert and is more of a spiritual event centered around experiencing psychedelic drugs in a unique setting. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Burning Man even has musical performances. Coachella is a musical festival that is held in a more plush setting with a nice grass lawn to camp on and all the other nice ammenities a major music festivals has. I wanted to go to Coachella a few years back when RATM was getting back together to perform there, but it never panned out. Check out Coachella's website to see pics of what it's like to be there.

I've been to Coachella 3 times and have plenty of friends that go to Burning Man, and they are not the same at all. I wish I could make it to Coachella this year, the line up looks great. Coachella takes place on the polo fields that neighbor Palm Springs.
