if there was only one shop it would matter of course. but katsu has it all, nice atmosphere and interior, friendly service and a great selection of fantastic smokes for a reasonable price. most shops have one or two things that make it worth the visit, but katsu has it all. great indicas, great sativas, great import hashes, great dutch hashes. you might argue dampkring has that too, yes but katsu has better prices.

I would say dampkring as its been solid since the first day i walked in 15 years ago.

For the cheese alone i'd say HGF.

BUT!!

Dolphins for the atmosphere, sitting in there is amazin. You can hit up munch, looza and chocomel at decent prices aswell....

BUT!!

Mellow yellow is just as good and the Green is better than Dolphins i'd say...

Please don't make me choose...

Someone correct me if I misunderstood the OP, but isn't buy and fly the same as walking up to a bud tender, placing an order, receive requested gear, then leave. So, nowhere in this example does atmosphere, decorations, drinks, food, music, decor, W/C, etc... play any part whatsoever. I do agree that what is most important are gear and price!
Now, had the OP suggested a C/S w/out the stipulation of buy and fly ( my understanding of buy and fly), I would chose my personal favorite Basjoes. Simple layout, and the service is second to none, as is the gear they offer.
As I stated in my previous post, this is more of a "what's your favorite shop" thread than anything else. Note how I suggested my favorite shop, probably others have as well. In addition, some posts state current offerings as to why, again, possibly a thread/reply for bud review.
Maybe I read to much into what the OP meant, in which case fuck it, Basjoes is my choice.
